This repair service is specifically for replacing and calibrating the internal joystick module on the Valve Index left controller button board. You must remove the button board from your controller and ship only the board to us.

📦 How It Works

1. Purchase this repair service.
2. Remove the button board from your Valve Index left controller.
3. Ship only the button board to us. The buyer is responsible for shipping it to our location.
4. We will complete the repair within 2–5 business days after receiving the board.
5. We will promptly ship the repaired button board back to you.

⚠️ Important Terms

The button board must be in suitable condition for soldering and repair.

Normal wear is acceptable. Glue, epoxy, or other adhesive around the old joystick is also acceptable because the complete joystick module will be removed and replaced.

The board may be rejected if it has severe damage, including:

• Burned, lifted, or missing solder pads
• Cracked or broken circuit board material
• Severe corrosion or liquid damage
• Missing or severely damaged soldering points
• Damaged circuit traces around the joystick area
• Missing board components unrelated to the joystick
• Major damage caused by previous repair attempts
• Additional electronic faults unrelated to the joystick

Boards that are severely damaged, contaminated, improperly modified, or unsuitable for soldering may be rejected.

If your button board is rejected, you will be contacted and given the option to:

• ♻️ Have the board recycled, or
• 📬 Have the board returned to you at your expense

If the button board is not received within two weeks of purchase, or if the package is lost, rejected, or never arrives, the repair service will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

This service covers only the replacement and repair of the joystick module. It does not include repairs for buttons, ribbon cable connectors, damaged circuit traces, sensors, or other board-related problems unless separately agreed upon.
