Please note: the HTC Vive Focus Vision has separate front-facing 16MP color passthrough cameras used for stereoscopic color passthrough. This service does not replace those two front-facing 16MP passthrough cameras. If your issue is that you cannot see passthrough, color passthrough is not working, or the outside environment view is not displaying properly because of the 16MP passthrough cameras, this service will not fix that issue.

Ship your HTC Vive Focus Vision headset to us. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

We inspect and diagnose the tracking cameras.

Only the defective tracking camera or cameras will be replaced.

If all 4 tracking cameras are defective, this service covers replacement of all 4.

If the rubber covers around the tracking cameras are found to be impeding tracking, we will replace them at no additional charge.

Repair is completed in 2–5 business days after arrival.

We ship your headset back once the tracking cameras are replaced and tested.

⚠️ Important Terms:

This service is for replacing defective tracking cameras on the HTC Vive Focus Vision, up to all 4 tracking cameras if needed.

We may replace only the defective camera or cameras instead of all 4 if the remaining cameras are working properly.

This service includes complimentary replacement of the rubber covers around the tracking cameras only if we determine they are interfering with the tracking cameras.

This service may help with tracking issues where the headset cannot correctly track the playspace, environment, headset position, or controllers.

This service does not replace the two front-facing 16MP color passthrough cameras on the headset front plate.

This service does not fix passthrough issues caused by defective front-facing 16MP cameras.

If your issue is no passthrough view, broken color passthrough, poor stereoscopic passthrough, or the headset cannot show the outside environment through the front-facing passthrough cameras, this repair will not fix that issue.

This service does not guarantee repair of tracking issues caused by motherboard damage, software problems, sensor calibration issues, controller damage, lighting conditions, damaged headset housing, liquid damage, or other internal headset problems beyond the tracking cameras.

This service does not include repairs to the front-facing 16MP passthrough cameras, lenses, displays, tube assemblies, eye tracking, battery, speakers, headstrap, charging port, motherboard, controllers, or main headset body shell.

If the tracking issue is caused by damage beyond the tracking cameras, the repair may be rejected or may not fully resolve the problem.

Headset must be in acceptable condition, with no major unrelated damage, heavy soiling, glue damage, liquid damage, or severe structural issues.

If the headset is severely damaged or has unrelated issues, you’ll be contacted and can choose to recycle the device or pay return shipping.

If the headset is not received within two weeks, or the shipment is lost or rejected, the service will be cancelled and refunded.
