Please let us know whether the left or right speaker needs replacement.

Repair is completed in 2–5 business days after arrival.

We ship your headset back once the speaker replacement is completed and tested.

⚠️ Important Terms:

This service is for replacing one headstrap speaker only, either left or right.

This service does not include replacement of both speakers unless a second service is purchased.

This service does not cover the headstrap structure, rotating hinge, headset body, lenses, display, battery, cameras, motherboard, charging port, or other internal electronics.

If the audio issue is caused by damage beyond the speaker itself, such as motherboard damage, internal headset damage, liquid damage, or broken wiring inside the main headset unit, the repair may be rejected.

Headset must be in acceptable condition, with no major unrelated damage, heavy soiling, glue damage, liquid damage, or severe structural issues.

If the headset is severely damaged or has unrelated issues, you’ll be contacted and can choose to recycle the device or pay return shipping.

If the headset is not received within two weeks, or the shipment is lost or rejected, the service will be cancelled and refunded.
