The HTC Vive Focus Vision also has eye tracking components attached to the display tubes. This service does not replace, repair, or fix the eye tracking system. If your eye tracking is already not working, this repair will not fix it. During the repair, the existing eye tracking components will be carefully removed from the original display tubes and transferred onto the replacement display tubes.

This service can help with LCD display issues such as ghosting, image burn-in, dead pixels, stuck pixels, distorted image, no display, cracked LCD, or other display damage.

This service can also help with lens damage such as scratches, scuffs, dents, cracks, or lens damage caused by glasses rubbing against the lenses.

This service may help with alignment or IPD movement issues only if the issue is caused by the IPD gear teeth included with the left or right display tube assemblies.

The HTC Vive Focus Vision has a manual IPD adjustment knob, but this service does not repair auto IPD motor-related issues.

This service does not fix IPD adjustment issues caused by auto IPD motor failure, motor gear damage, IPD sensor failure, control board damage, wiring issues, software/calibration issues, or other internal headset problems beyond the display tube assemblies.

The HTC Vive Focus Vision has eye tracking components attached to the display tubes. This service does not replace, repair, or fix the eye tracking system.

Your existing eye tracking components will be removed from the original display tubes and transferred onto the replacement display tubes.

If your eye tracking is already not working, this repair will not fix it. We can still proceed with the display tube replacement, but only with your acknowledgement and permission.

The replaced parts include both LCD displays, both lenses, both display tube assemblies, and the left and right IPD gear teeth attached to the tube assemblies.

This service does not include eye tracking repair, main headset body, motherboard, battery, cameras, speakers, headstrap, charging port, auto IPD motor system, or other internal electronics.

This service does not repair damage beyond the left and right display tube assemblies.

If the issue is caused by motherboard damage, liquid damage, power issues, camera damage, auto IPD motor failure, motor gear damage, eye tracking failure, or other internal headset problems, the repair may be rejected or require your acknowledgement before proceeding.

Headset must be in acceptable condition, with no major unrelated damage, heavy soiling, glue damage, liquid damage, or severe structural issues.

If the headset is severely damaged or has unrelated issues, you’ll be contacted and can choose to recycle the device or pay return shipping.

If the headset is not received within two weeks, or the shipment is lost or rejected, the service will be cancelled and refunded.
