📦 How It Works

1. Purchase this repair service.
2. Ship your complete HTC Vive Tracker 2.0 to us. The buyer is responsible for shipping the tracker to our location.
3. We will complete the repair within 2–5 business days after receiving it.
4. We will promptly ship the repaired tracker back to you.

Please send only the Vive Tracker unless we specifically request additional accessories. Do not include straps, dongles, cables, chargers, boxes, or other accessories.

⚠️ Important Repair Note

This service covers the replacement of the internal battery only.

Replacing the battery may not resolve problems caused by other failed components inside the tracker. Charging, power, runtime, connection, tracking, or startup issues may remain if the tracker has additional electronic faults unrelated to the battery.

Additional repairs are not included unless separately inspected and agreed upon.

✅ Tracker Condition Requirements

The tracker must be in suitable condition for safe disassembly and battery replacement.

Normal cosmetic wear is acceptable. The tracker may be rejected if it has severe damage, including:

• Cracked or heavily damaged housing
• Severe corrosion or liquid damage
• Burned or damaged internal electronics
• Missing internal components
• Damaged battery connectors or soldering points
• Heavy contamination or excessive debris
• Major damage caused by previous repair attempts
• Glue, epoxy, or modifications that prevent safe disassembly
• Additional problems that make the battery replacement unsafe or impractical

Trackers that are severely damaged, contaminated, improperly modified, or unsuitable for repair may be rejected.

♻️ Rejected Trackers

If your tracker is rejected, you will be contacted and given the option to:

• 📬 Have the tracker returned to you at your expense

📅 Shipping Deadline and Lost Packages

If your tracker is not received within two weeks of purchase, the repair service will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

If the package is lost, rejected, or never arrives at our location, the repair service will also be canceled and refunded. We are not responsible for packages lost while being shipped to us.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

Average repair time is 2–5 business days from the day we receive your tracker.
