This service does not cover the headset body shell, lenses, display, internal electronics, battery, speakers, cameras, charging port, motherboard, or main headset unit.

Headset must be in acceptable condition, with no major unrelated damage, heavy soiling, glue damage, liquid damage, or severe structural issues.

If the headset is severely damaged or has unrelated issues, it may be rejected.

You’ll be contacted and can choose to recycle the device or pay return shipping.

If the headset is not received within two weeks, or the shipment is lost or rejected, the service will be cancelled and refunded.
