⚠️ Important Terms:

This service is for replacing both headstrap speakers only, left and right.

This service does not cover the headstrap structure, rotating hinge, headset body, lenses, display, battery, cameras, motherboard, charging port, or other internal electronics.

If the audio issue is caused by damage beyond the speakers themselves, such as motherboard damage, internal headset damage, liquid damage, or broken wiring inside the main headset unit, the repair may be rejected.

Headset must be in acceptable condition, with no major unrelated damage, heavy soiling, glue damage, liquid damage, or severe structural issues.

If the headset is severely damaged or has unrelated issues, you’ll be contacted and can choose to recycle the device or pay return shipping.

If the headset is not received within two weeks, or the shipment is lost or rejected, the service will be cancelled and refunded.
