3-Month Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warrantor
This limited warranty is provided by InteInno LLC, doing business as VR Tech Bay, 15128 S Harlan Rd #138, Lathrop, CA 95330, [email protected].

Coverage Eligibility
This limited warranty applies only to orders delivered within the United States and extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, this warranty does not apply. International customers must seek support through the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Coverage Period
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months, beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

To File a Claim, Customers Must:

• Notify VR Tech Bay of the defect within the warranty period by email to [email protected] or through the Contact Us/Request Help page
• Provide the original purchase receipt or invoice
• Return the Device for inspection using the shipping instructions provided by VR Tech Bay

Shipping to VR Tech Bay (Inbound)
The customer is responsible for shipping the Device to VR Tech Bay, including:

• All shipping costs to our facility
• Packaging the Device securely to prevent damage in transit
• Purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the Device
• Requiring signature confirmation upon delivery
• Using a trackable shipping method and providing the tracking number to VR Tech Bay

VR Tech Bay is not responsible for Devices that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to our facility. A warranty claim will not be processed until the Device is received and confirmed by VR Tech Bay. Any loss or damage claim for inbound shipping must be filed by the customer with their carrier or insurer.

Shipping to the Customer (Return)
If the Device is found to have a defect covered by this warranty, VR Tech Bay will pay standard ground shipping of the repaired or replacement Device to the customer’s address within the United States. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
If inspection shows the Device is not defective, or the problem falls under the Exclusions below, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. VR Tech Bay will contact the customer with the cost before shipping the Device back.

Remedies
VR Tech Bay will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Device with a refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality.
VR Tech Bay will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs within 30 days of receiving the Device. If a defect cannot be resolved after a reasonable number of attempts, VR Tech Bay will replace the Device or, where required by applicable law, refund the purchase price.
Repaired or replaced Devices are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Accident, misuse, or abuse
• Improper installation or operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear and consumable parts such as face cushions, straps, and batteries
• Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware
• Damage or loss occurring during shipment to VR Tech Bay
• Devices with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers

Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VR Tech Bay is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
• VR Tech Bay’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the Device
• Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to the term of this limited warranty

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you may have under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Terms
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. VR Tech Bay reserves the right to amend non-material terms with notice, subject to applicable laws.
