3-Month Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Coverage Eligibility
This limited warranty applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, this warranty does not apply. International customers must seek support through the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Coverage Period
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months, beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

To File a Claim, Customers Must:

• Notify VR Tech Bay of a defect via email to [email protected] or via the Contact Us/Request Help page
• Provide the original purchase receipt or invoice
• Make the Device available for inspection or return (shipping instructions will be provided)

Remedies
VR Tech Bay will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Device with a refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality.

If a defect cannot be resolved after a reasonable number of attempts, a replacement may be provided. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if required by applicable law.

Repaired or replaced Devices are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VR Tech Bay is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages
• VR Tech Bay’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the Device

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accident, misuse, or abuse
• Improper installation or operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware

Final Terms
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States. VR Tech Bay reserves the right to amend non-material terms with notice, subject to applicable laws.
